I have a degree in Kinesiology and a passion for training women. I love helping women realize their potential for exercise during and after pregnancy. Our bodies go through many changes during pregnancy and following delivery, yet are still capable of so much. Whether it is wanting to exercise to help with delivery or start moving to show your kids a healthy lifestyle, I am here to help you achieve your fitness goals!
