At CMC Fitness Consulting, we believe that women deserve more when it comes to their health and fitness. 

Trying to figure out what is considered safe during pregnancy and after can be challenging with all the information online! My goal is to educate and guide you through discovering what you and your body are capable of. There is a program for everyone. One-to-one coaching is offered for pregnancy, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and/or urinary incontinence. Self-led programs are also available. (Please book a consult to see what program is the right fit for you).

Courtney is a registered Kinesiologist with a specialization in pre and postnatal coaching. She is a Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach, Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Core Confidence Specialist, and more!

Run Mama: Reclaiming the Road After Pregnancy

Run Mama is a self-led program to help you return to running postpartum. Gradual reintroduction after 3-6+ months, with adequate strength and recovery training, is recommended. Running can be incorporated if symptom-free (more details provided inside). This comprehensive program includes both educational resources and a 2-month strength training component *It is recommended that Rise and Renew be completed first*
