Run Mama: Reclaiming the Road After Pregnancy

Run Mama is a self-led program to help you return to running postpartum. Gradual reintroduction after 3-6+ months, with adequate strength and recovery training, is recommended. Running can be incorporated if symptom-free (more details provided inside). This comprehensive program includes both educational resources and a 2-month strength training component *It is recommended that Rise and Renew be completed first*

A resistance band set can be anchored in the doorway in order to turn your door into a cable machine! In order to complete the workouts that are sold on this website, I highly recommend getting a resistance band set.

Stability Ball

Stability balls are a great tool to add to your workouts. They can be used during certain exercises, or as an aid with stretching/mobility.
