Run Mama: Reclaiming the Road After Pregnancy
Run Mama is a self-led program to help you return to running postpartum. Gradual reintroduction after 3-6+ months, with adequate strength and recovery training, is recommended. Running can be incorporated if symptom-free (more details provided inside). This comprehensive program includes both educational resources and a 2-month strength training component
