
Fitness and The Holidays
This month's blog is going to be short and sweet. I do not plan to rant on and on over do's and don't over the holiday season. What I have noticed is a lot of people stress out over their fitness/nutrition during the holidays and I'd like to remind you of a few things. If I can give you any piece of advice it would be this: Enjoy the holidays, enjoy the food and get back into your routine once the gatherings and food are gone.
